Smt. Anjali Aravind is the founder of Kalasagaram School of Arts in Toronto. She is a renowned Bharatanatyam performer, educator and choreographer. She graduated with honors also from the Kalakshetra Foundation in Chennai. She received her Master’s degree in Bharatanatyam from Thanjavur Tamil University. She is accomplished in various classical dance forms such as Kathakali and Mohiniattam. She served as a senior faculty at Bhakti Natya Niketan in Coimbatore prior to her move to Canada. She has collaborated with famous artists such as Shijith Krishna and Karunasagari and has performed in several countries worldwide.
